What You'll Be Doing

- Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm, courteous and professional manner

- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls

- Performing general office duties, including managing mail, scanning and photocopying

- Assisting with administrative tasks and providing support to the team as required

- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area

- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent attention to detail

- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management abilities

- Is proficient in using standard office equipment and software,



particularly Microsoft Word and Outlook

- Has previous administration or reception experience (preferred, but not essential)

- Has a friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude

- Is reliable, well presented and takes pride in their work

- Holds a current driver's licence and has access to their own vehicle

- Has permanent Australian working rights
