HSP Vehicle Accessories is looking for a creative, outgoing and organised person to join our marketing team and help bring the HSP brand to life.

n

This isn't a role where you'll spend every day sitting behind a desk scheduling posts.

n

One day you might be working with our content team on what's happening across social media. The next you could be at a 4x4 show talking to customers, working with a creator, joining conversations in our online communities or finding a great vehicle or story for the team to capture.

n

You'll be joining an established marketing team, including an in-house content team. We're looking for someone who brings energy and personality to HSP, enjoys talking to people and understands how to build a community around a brand.

The role

n

You'll work across social media, community, events and partnerships, helping keep HSP part of the conversation both online and in the real world.

n

You'll be involved in:

n

n
- Managing and growing HSP's Facebook groups and online communities
n
- Starting and joining conversations, answering questions and keeping HSP visible and engaged
n
- Interacting with customers and the wider 4x4 community online and at events
n
- Working with our content team on social ideas, trends and opportunities
n
- Finding interesting vehicles, builds, customers and stories for our content team
n
- Helping plan and coordinate social media activity
n
- Helping organise and attend 4x4 shows, trade events and activations




n
- Working with creators, ambassadors, customers and industry partners
n
- Supporting collaborations, competitions, campaigns and product launches
n
- Occasionally appearing in content and being comfortable in front of the camera
n

There will be some travel and occasional weekend work for events, with time in lieu provided where applicable.

Who we're looking for

n

We're looking for someone who is social, creative and genuinely enjoys dealing with people.

n

You might already be working in social media, community, events or marketing. You might also be earlier in your career and looking for a role where you can take on more and actually see the work you're doing out in the market.

n

You'll probably suit HSP if you:

n

n
- Understand social media and how brands build genuine communities
n
- Enjoy talking to customers and building relationships
n
- Understand how Facebook groups and online communities work
n
- Know what's happening across social platforms and can spot opportunities for HSP to get involved
n
- Are comfortable representing HSP at events and talking to customers
n
- Are organised and can take an idea through to actually getting it done
n
- Are comfortable occasionally being in front of the camera
n
- Aren't afraid to bring your own ideas to the table
n

Experience in social media, marketing, community management or events would be great, but we're also interested in what you've actually done and what you can bring to the role.

n

An interest in cars, 4x4, automotive or the outdoors would definitely help. You'll be surrounded by it.
