About the role

n

We are seeking experienced and reliable Duty Managers and Gaming Attendants to join our team on a casual basis at our Adelaide location.

n

This is an ongoing position with the chance for regular hours and consistent shifts, primarily across evenings, nights and early mornings. There is also the opportunity to work across two venues and increase your hours.

n

The role is customer focused and involves supporting the day-to-day running of the venue, looking after customers, maintaining a safe environment and ensuring all required procedures and regulations are followed.

What you'll be doing

n

Monitoring and supervising gaming machine areas to ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and venue policies

n

Providing attentive and professional customer service to gaming patrons and venue guests

n

Assisting with cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with established protocols

n





Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming gaming environment at all times

n

Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and effective manner

n

Reporting any technical issues with gaming machines to management or maintenance teams

n

Supporting management with administrative tasks and venue operations as required

n

Ensuring compliance with responsible gaming practices and venue policies

n

Assisting with stock management and venue setup or breakdown when needed

n

Communicating effectively with team members and management regarding operational matters

n

We're looking for

n

Previous experience in gaming, hospitality or venue management is highly desirable

n

Strong customer service skills with the ability remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations professionally and safely

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

n

Reliability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work flexibly including weekends and evenings

n

Knowledge of responsible gaming principles and commitment to adhering to gaming regulations

n

Basic numeracy skills and comfort with cash handling

n

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

n

A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail

n

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification

n
