This is much more than answering phones and making appointments.

As a Client Care Team Member, you will often be the first and last person our clients interact with. You'll help set the tone for their entire experience with our hospital — welcoming them, reassuring them, solving problems and helping make veterinary care as easy as possible.

n

For the right person, this is a small part‐time role with a big impact.

You genuinely enjoy helping people.

n

You notice when someone needs assistance before they have to ask.

n

You have a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude and take pride in going above and beyond to make people feel welcome, comfortable and cared for.

You're professional, organised and calm under pressure — and you can keep smiling when the phone is ringing, clients are arriving and several things need your attention at once.

Most importantly, you understand that exceptional client care is about how people feel after interacting with you.

Experience with cash handling, sales or customer service will be highly regarded.

Veterinary experience is welcome, but it isn't essential.

n

You may be a veterinary nurse looking to move into a dedicated client‐care position, or you may come from hospitality, healthcare, retail, reception, hotels, airlines or another industry where delivering exceptional customer experiences is simply part of what you do.

n

We can teach you our systems. We're looking for the right attitude, communication skills and approach to people.

The role

Part‐time Saturdays

n

Start: 8:30 am

n

Approximately: 5 hours per week

n

You'll work as an important part of our hospital team, helping our vets, nurses and clients have a smooth, organised and positive Saturday.
