Strong computer competency with a good understanding of Microsoft office applications

Open and current drivers license and must have a well maintained vehicle

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Possess the self discipline to work autonomously and the flexibility to meet the inherent time commitments of the role

Responsibilities

Performing of in-home sales consultations with customers, ensuring the accurate and honest provision of measure/quote, advice, and solutions to their window furnishing needs.

Provide exceptional, professional, and courteous customer service.

Pro-active following-up of customer leads to actively progress and convert sales

Maintaining knowledge of product range.

Accurate record keeping and completion of required documentation, ensuring to maintain the records within the company CRM programs.

Processing of sales/orders using the company CRM programs
