About the role
As a Trade Assistant, you'll support our CNC Laser Operator and fabrication team while gaining hands‑on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- preparing work areas and materials for efficient task completion
- assisting skilled tradespeople with tipper trailer manufacture
- ensuring equipment, tools, and supplies are available as needed
- maintaining a clean, protected, and organised work environment
- following all health and safety protocols at all times
- contributing to a collaborative and productive team
What we're looking for
- Full Australian working rights essential
- Previous Trade Assistant, manufacturing or workshop experience essential
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport essential
- CNC or metal fabrication experience highly regarded
- Keen eye for detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication skills and team-focused attitude
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
