United Drilling Services is seeking experienced Drillers, Trainee Drillers and Driller Offsiders to join our crews working with our client in the Rockhampton region.

About the role:

Key responsibilities

- Operate Diamond and RC drilling rigs (Drillers and Trainee Drillers).
- Complete required paperwork and reporting accurately and on time.
- Assist the Driller with drilling operations to ensure production targets are achieved (Driller Offsiders).
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, hazard awareness, and safe work practices.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and assist with rig maintenance and housekeeping.
- Work effectively within a team environment and follow directions from supervisors and management.
- Work 12-hour shifts on a 2:1 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off) .

About you

Must be Rockhampton-based

- Relevant drilling qualifications, certificates, and/or demonstrated industry experience.
- Current driver's licence (HR licence highly regarded ).
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable with a robust work ethic and positive attitude.




- Willingness to learn and develop within the drilling industry.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding outdoor environment.

12-hour shifts on a 2:1 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off) to support work-life balance
