We're seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join a skilled support team providing complex disability supports across community, respite and day program environments.
This role is best suited to someone who is confident, proactive and experienced supporting people with complex disabilities and behaviours of concern.

The Role
You'll support a customer to:
- Participate safely in community and respite activities
- Receive personal care with dignity and respect
- Build confidence through predictable, consistent support
- Access meaningful activities and experiences
- Exercise choice, control and independence wherever possible
You will also:
- Follow Behaviour Support Plans and proactive support strategies
- Recognise triggers and early signs of escalation
- Provide medication support in line with procedures
- Complete safe transfers and manual handling tasks
- Complete accurate documentation and progress notes
- Follow customer-specific support plans and training requirements
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Experienced supporting people with complex disabilities and behaviours of concern
- Calm, confident and proactive
- Comfortable working independently in community settings
- Experienced in personal care and medication support
- Confident with transfers and safe manual handling
- Observant, organised and safety focused
- Consistent in following support plans and routines
- Reliable, resilient and accountable

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting people with complex disabilities or behaviours of concern
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver Licence
- Australian Working Rights
- Ability to follow Behaviour Support Plans and support procedures
- Experience with personal care, medication support and manual handling
- Robust documentation and communication skills
- Commitment to customer-specific training and buddy shifts
