Job Description

UnitingCare Thrift Emporium in Ormiston is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a brand new store. You will manage all retail operations, coach staff and volunteers, and drive pricing, promotions, and merchandising to maximise profitability.

The role offers permanent full-time hours (Tuesday–Saturday), a competitive hourly rate plus super, NFP salary packaging and a commission program for high performers. You'll help provide excellent service and community impact through Thrift Emporium.
