Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate identification, sourcing, ordering, and supply of parts for our workshop technicians and retail customers.

Key responsibilities

- Interpreting and identifying automotive parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
- Supplying parts to technicians efficiently to support workshop productivity
- Processing customer and trade enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Ordering and receipting stock from suppliers
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control
- Preparing customer quotations and invoices
- Assisting with warranty parts returns and claims
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and qualified parts department
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
