Key Responsibilities:

- coordination and scheduling of crane & staff
n
- answering telephones
n
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and team to ensure smooth execution
n
- Preparation of quotes
n
- Apply and follow up permits from local councils and NHVR
n
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed
n

Qualifications & experience:

n

n
- Previous experience in an operations support role,



preferably within the construction or crane industry.
n
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a very busy environment
n
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
