THE OPPORTUNITY

If you are currently based in Geelong and would consider relocating for the right combination of patient demand, earning potential, clinical autonomy and long-term upside, this Warrnambool opportunity is worth exploring.

The practice is already busy, with books several weeks ahead and around 4–5 new patients per week. The Principal is looking to progressively reduce their clinical commitment, allowing the right Associate to take on more of an established patient base rather than having to build entirely from scratch.

The role is flexible from 2 to 5 days per week.

WHO WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM

We are interested in dentists who are confident clinically, reliable and open to relocating for a materially stronger prospect.

Ideally you will have 2+ years’ experience, although strong overseas experience will also be considered.

Are confident and capable across general dentistry

Can work independently and manage their own patient base

Are comfortable discussing treatment with patients

Have strong communication and treatment-planning skills

Are genuinely looking for a long-term position
