Accounts Administrator – Premium Architectural Product Business

This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Administrator with a couple of years' experience to join a highly regarded, premium product supplier within the Architecture & Design industry, working as part of a small, close-knit team.

n

We're looking for someone with around 2–3 years' experience who has a good understanding of the day-to-day accounts function and is looking for a stable role within a supportive team environment.

n

You'll work across accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations and general finance administration, with the opportunity to build on your existing skills as you become established in the role.

n

We're open to four days per week for the right person, or five shorter days, offering flexibility around how the week is structured.

The Role

n

- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable
n
- Process invoices, payments and receipts
n
- Complete bank and account reconciliations
n
- Assist with general accounting administration and reporting
n




- Maintain accurate financial records and support the wider team as required
n
- Use MYOB and Excel regularly
n
- Take ownership of your day-to-day responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
n

About You

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Around 2–3 years' experience in an accounts or finance administration role
n
- Experience with MYOB
n
- Strong Excel skills
n
- Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable
n
- Experience with reconciliations
n
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
- A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach
n
- The ability to work independently while being a strong team player
n
