Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher of Mathematics to join our dynamic Senior School team. This role is permanent full-time, is located in Launceston, Tasmania and will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality educational outcomes for our students.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics from Years 7 to 12
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to support their learning and development
- Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum, assessment and reporting
- Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students
- Participate actively in career development and collaborative teaching practices
- Undertake pastoral care responsibilities and support the broader life of the College

Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for Mathematics
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
