We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product & Digital Experience team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Digital Design Lead.

n

You'll play a key role in delivering user-centred digital solutions across several business-critical initiatives, including operational and customer-focused digital programs. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, you'll help transform complex challenges into engaging, intuitive digital experiences that deliver measurable outcomes.

What will you be doing?

n

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead and contribute to the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research through to prototyping and delivery. You'll champion design thinking, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are aligned to both customer needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Design intuitive and engaging UX and UI experiences across digital products and platforms.
n
- Lead discovery activities to understand customer needs, define requirements, and shape solutions.
n
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, cooperative design sessions, and ideation activities.
n
- Create rapid prototypes and concepts using modern AI-assisted design tools.
n
- Conduct user research, validation activities, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
n




- Develop customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, and other key design artefacts.
n
- Contribute to, and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and best practice.
n
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and delivery teams throughout the design lifecycle.

What will you bring?

n

n
- Minimum five years' experience delivering UX/UI design solutions for digital products and platforms.
n
- Strong experience across customer experience, service design, user experience, and user interface design.
n
- Proven ability to conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative user research.
n
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
n
- Advanced proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma and AI-assisted design platforms.
n
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
n
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and cross-functional product teams.
n
- A passion for creating exceptional user experiences that drive meaningful business outcomes.
