Remuneration: Stream A, Level 1.6-2.4: $58.03 - $63.07 rate per hour inclusive of superannuation

Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking a casual customer focused and proactive Area Support Officer to join the team.In this unique opportunity you will undertake a range of administrative and customer service functions associated with the day to day running of the area office in Capella.

This varied role will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers along with providing general administration support to various departments within the organisation.

To be considered for this chance, you will need to possess:

- Hold a Minimum of a Queensland C Class Provisional Drivers Licence
- Queensland Working with Children Blue Card, or ability to obtain prior to commencement
- A customer centric approach with experience in resolving general enquiries
- Demonstrated administration experience
- Able to confidently handle and respond to consistently high call volumes while maintaining service quality
- Highly organised with strong time- management and prioritisation skills
