Growing business in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne currently have an chance for an enthusiastic and hardworking Branch Supervisor to join the team and to oversee all branch operations.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Supervise all site operations
- Stock control – ordering / receipting of inventory and dispatch of goods
- Customer Service and communicating with customers
- Assist in Pick, pack and checking of customer orders, despatching of processed orders.
- Maintain a high level of organisation, safety and cleanliness in the branch
- Other Admin, business support duties, as required by the business from time to time.

Skills, Experience and Attributes:

- Lead by example with “Hands On” approach
- Knowledge of hydraulic hose and fittings looked upon favourably




- Computer/digitally competent (MS office applications)
- Accurate with numbers (stock count and stocktakes)
- Attention to detail (accuracy in reading part numbers)
- Ability to learn new skills
- All requirements needed to work in Australia.
- Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg safely
- Current drivers licence and own vehicle
- Fork Lift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Friendly and rewarding work environment
- Ongoing training and support
- Opportunity to move into a 2IC position within the organisation for the successful candidate
