We're currently looking for an Account Executive to join our Melbourne CBD branch on a 6-month contract.

About the Role

As an integral member of our team, the Account Executive provides high-quality client service and broking support to our Account Managers while developing strong technical insurance knowledge and client relationship skills. In this role, you'll work closely alongside a Senior Account Manager, supporting a varied portfolio spanning both business and domestic clients.

Reporting to the Branch Manager - Commercial you will:

- Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Account Manager across renewals, endorsements, and new business processing
- Assist in managing a portfolio spanning both business and domestic insurance
- Support the servicing of a specialised scheme portfolio
- Liaise with clients and insurers to help ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
- Prepare documentation, process policy transactions, and assist with claims where required
- Build your technical knowledge across a broad mix of insurance products

This is a 6-month contract role, covering a period of leave,



offering the chance to gain broad experience across both business and domestic lines while working closely with an experienced Senior Account Manager.

About You

You're highly organised, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and enjoy building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Previous experience within the insurance industry, ideally in a broking support, assistant broking, or client service role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple systems and a high volume of work
- A professional and client-focused approach
- A proactive mindset with the desire to continue developing your insurance career
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications preferred, or Tier 2 with a strong willingness to complete Tier 1
