Key responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team of educators on Level 3 to provide exceptional care and learning experiences
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our centre's practices

About you

- Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (essential)
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
