Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to take ownership of a specialist market with significant growth potential?
n Manpower is seeking a commercially focused Recruitment Consultant to join our Safety, Trades & Technical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter with experience in safety, trades or related sectors to build and grow a hybrid desk across both permanent and temporary recruitment.
n You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while actively developing current business opportunities, building lasting client partnerships and becoming a trusted talent advisor within your market.

What You'll Be Doing

Business Development & Client Growth

n

n
- Proactively identify and secure new client opportunities within the Safety, Trades & Technical market
n
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth
n




- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
n
- Conduct market mapping, lead generation and networking activities
n
- Prepare and present tailored recruitment solutions and proposals
n
- Grow and develop existing accounts through exceptional service delivery and strategic account management
n

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

n

n
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and temporary opportunities
n
- Identify, attract and place top Safety, Trades & Technical talent
n
- Build engaged talent communities and proactive candidate pipelines
n
- Partner with clients to provide market insights and tailored hiring solutions
n
- Ensure compliance and onboarding requirements are managed efficiently
n
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
n

Desk & Relationship Management

n

n
- Manage a hybrid desk across both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions
n
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within CRM systems
n
- Drive client and candidate engagement through consistent communication and follow-up
n
- Ensure recruitment assignments are delivered to agreed service standards and timelines
n
- Contribute to achieving divisional revenue, GP and growth targets
n

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
n
- Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition
n
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle




n
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
n
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Recruitment experience within Safety, Trades, Technical or related specialist recruitment markets
n
- Experience managing a blended permanent and temporary recruitment desk
n
- Knowledge of talent attraction strategies and candidate sourcing methodologies
n
- Experience using Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS platforms
n
- Understanding of Awards, labour hire and workforce compliance requirements
n
