Job Overview

As an HR Advisor, you'll provide practical, timely and trusted advice across a diverse range of people matters, including employee entitlements, industrial instruments, recruitment and HR policies.

Key responsibilities

- Provide timely, practical and accurate HR advice to managers and employees across SALHN.
- Provide guidance across a broad range of HR matters, including policies, Awards and Enterprise Agreements, employee entitlements and recruitment.
- Support key HR processes, including position reclassifications, HR correspondence, systems and operational workflows.
- Build strong working relationships with Principal HR Advisors, Senior HR Business Partners and the broader HR Services team.

What you need

- HR expertise: Bring experience providing practical HR advice and support within a complex organisation, with an understanding of contemporary HR practices.
- Strong communicator: Build positive relationships and confidently provide transparent, accurate advice to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Organised and adaptable: Manage competing priorities, sensitive information and deadlines while working collaboratively as part of a busy team.
