About the Role

The Enrolments Officer is responsible for the overall coordination of the enrolment process at the College and for ensuring all year groups are at optimal capacity. This position will work closely with the wider Administration team to ensure families seeking to enrol their child at the College are supported through the process from tour to their first day of school.

The Enrolments Officer uses their solid administration experience to manage all aspects of the enrolment process to a high standard, including keeping accurate and up-to-date records, enquiry management and the application and confirmation process. The Enrolments Officer is often the first point of contact for prospective families and the wider community. In all interactions, they role model our College values of justice, peace and compassion to provide an understanding of what it means to be part of Salvado Catholic College.

Your day will look like:

- Responding to enquiries and supporting families through the enrolment journey
- Managing applications, records, and enrolment systems accurately
- Coordinating tours,



interviews, and enrolment processes
- Communicating outcomes and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Handling reporting, compliance, and student data updates
