About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Storeperson to join a well-established business based in Deception Bay.
This is a hands-on warehouse role offering a great mix of forklift operation, picking and packing, customer interaction and general warehouse duties. If you're looking for long-term stability with a company that values reliability and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Receiving and storing incoming stock
- Cutting aluminium products using warehouse equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
- Assisting customers collecting orders from the warehouse
- Providing occasional support with order processing and customer enquiries
- Working closely with the team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous counterbalance forklift experience
- Experience working in a warehouse or stores environment
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive and reliable attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- A commitment to workplace safety
