Mernda Central College is seeking a dedicated Student Wellbeing Leader to join the Wellbeing Team. You will support preventative programs, identify wellbeing needs, and develop case management plans in collaboration with staff, families and external agencies.

You will provide counselling, coordinate referrals, maintain confidential records and contribute to whole‑school mental health strategies, working with leadership to embed wellbeing in school planning.
