Key responsibilities

n

Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, providing product education, styling and wardrobe advice

n

Ensure product displayed in store is in line with the company's visual merchandising standards as set out in line with Jac + Jack guidelines

n

Ensure all recent Jac + Jack customers are invited to join the database

n

Respond to customer queries in a qualified, polite and timely manner

n

Effectively balance customer service with administrative duties

n

Confident and proficient use of POS systems, ensuring accurate completion of all Jac + Jack transactions

n

Understand weekly and monthly sales targets and business KPIs

n

Provide anecdotal weekly trade feedback to management team

n





Accurately follow all stock receiving procedures with new deliveries and ensure timely display of product

n

About you

n

Retail sales experience is preferred

n

Team player with excellent communication skills

n

Both week and weekend availability essential

n

Proficiency with Apparel21 is a bonus

n
