Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing
Salary: AUD 75,000 - AUD 85,000 per year (depending on experience)

As our Sydney operations continue to grow, we are seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, support our logistics and supply teams, and ensure smooth business processes at our Sydney office.
Skills & Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Office Manager who:
- Holds a Bachelor or higher in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field
- Has at least 12 months of full-time experience (or equivalent FTE) in an office management or administrative leadership role
- Demonstrates strong organisational and time-management skills
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Works effectively both independently and within a team
- Has sound knowledge of workplace compliance, administrative systems, and record-keeping
- Applications from Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
- Allocating human resources, office space, and equipment efficiently
- Assigning work to staff and monitoring performance to ensure productivity targets are met
- Managing office records, documentation, and accounts
- Liaising with professionals and internal stakeholders to coordinate business operations and resolve issues
- Ensuring office equipment and supplies are properly maintained and available
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures
- Coordinating personnel activities including hiring, onboarding, promotions, performance management, payroll support, training, and supervision
- Maintaining efficient administrative systems to support business operations
- Providing professional support to management and contributing to continuous process improvement
