It's a quick-paced venue that offers lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner on Friday nights, with functions and events throughout the year.

Qualifications & Experience
n
n
- A minimum oftwo years' experienceworking in an a la carte restaurant environment as a section waiter, providing full table and wine service
n
- Experience using Seven Rooms and Order Mate is advantageous
n
- A keen interest in Mediterranean food and knowledge of basic wine varietals
n
- A passion to provide outstanding service and a memorable customer experience by demonstrating a professional approach and displaying initiative and genuine hospitality
n
- A valid Victorian RSA
n
- Three plate carry

Availability
