We're looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Learners Early Education Centre.

n

Location: Inala

n

Hours: Monday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week

n

Pay: From $41.05/hr + Super for qualified applicants

n

About the Role

n

As a Lead Educator, you'll have the opportunity to lead your room with creativity and confidence, inspire your team and create meaningful learning experiences for children.

n

You will:

n

- Lead engaging curriculum planning and educational programs for children aged 0–5
n
- Mentor, guide and support your fellow educators
n
- Create safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments
n
- Build genuine relationships with children and families
n
- Support high‐quality practices and regulatory compliance
n

n

What We're Looking For

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Current Blue Card
n




- Robust knowledge of curriculum and educational programming
n
- Confidence to lead, mentor and inspire a team
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
