Experienced Roller Operator? Get your machine skills working on ongoing Sunshine Coast projects.

We're looking for reliable Roller Operators to join established civil construction crews across a range of projects.

You’ll be responsible for achieving quality compaction and supporting earthworks and road construction activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operating Rollers safely and efficiently
- Road and pavement compaction
- Supporting earthworks and site preparation
- Working to project specifications and required compaction standards
- Completing daily pre-starts and machinery checks
- Maintaining a safe working environment around other plant and workers

Projects May Include

- Roadworks
- Subdivisions
- Car parks
- Pavement construction




- Bulk earthworks
- Civil infrastructure

What We’re Looking For

- Proven Roller operating experience
- Relevant RIIs required
- Civil construction experience
- Relevant machinery tickets
- Robust safety focus
- Reliable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply
- Applicants must have unrestricted Australian working rights
