About your new job
n Working in a stand-alone capacity, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
n
n
- Full function Accounts Payable
n
- Full function Accounts Receivable
n
- Bank reconciliations
n
- Process all credit card and staff expenses
n
- Reviewing debtor reconciliations, trial balances and ledgers
n
- Maintain database and ensure all supplier and customer information is updated and correct
n
- Assist with month-end closure and reporting
n
- Assist the finance team with ongoing projects and administrative support
n
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required within the finance team
n
n
About You
n You will be an experienced accounts officer with the ability to manage creditors and debtors ledger in a stand-alone capacity. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have exposure in the following:
n
n
- Previous background in a similar position with exposure in AP & AR
n
- Experience working in a full function / end-to-end capacity
n
- Ability to work autonomously
n
- Knowledge of Excel
n
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
n
n
