About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with solid claims management experience who is looking to further develop their skills in a growing organisation. This role involves exposure to various classes of insurance, with a focus on Property and Residential Strata Insurance.
Duties include:
- End-to-end management of a claims portfolio;
- Liaising with brokers, repairers, assessors and underwriters in a skilled manner;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met;
- Working well in a team with both internal and external stakeholders.
About You
Essential Criteria:
- minimum 3 years of insurance and/or claims experience;
- experience in Property/Strata is not essential but highly regarded;
- must have the legal right to work in Australia;
- possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
- be committed to personal and professional development.
