About The Job
We are looking for people who enjoy providing exceptional customer service to our clients by:
- Utilising CCTV, monitor, investigate, report and secure critical infrastructure and assets across QLD;
- Remotely operate access control/alarm systems, including programming of access permissions:
- Monitor and respond to alarms from sites across QLD;
- Respond to incidents and provide detailed reports;
- Conduct investigations into security related matters as required
Requirements
What we need from you:
- Hold a current QLD Security Licence -Monitoring and Unarmed;
- Outstanding attention to detail, and "can do" attitude
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills;
- Work well under pressure and multi-task;
- Have a high level of computer proficiency;
- Be willing to work a rotating roster; and,
- Enjoy working within a team, as well as independently.
