Team Lead Property Manager | $110k Package + Bonus + WFH Options

An opportunity is available for an accomplished Senior Property Manager or Team Leader to join a well-established Brisbane real estate business as it enters an exciting stage of expansion.
This position offers more than traditional portfolio management. You'll take responsibility for a quality residential portfolio while playing an important role in the continued development of the department, including improving processes, maintaining service standards and supporting future portfolio growth.

The Role

- Take ownership of a quality residential portfolio across Brisbane's western suburbs
- Manage the end-to-end property management process
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and compliance
- Support the smooth onboarding of new managements
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and portfolio processes
- Maintain a high standard of communication and client service
- Gradually become involved in mentoring and supporting other team members
- Transition towards a Team Leader position as the department expands

About You

- Established Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
- Current Queensland real estate registration
- Sound understanding of Queensland property legislation
- Comfortable taking ownership of a portfolio
- Strong landlord and tenant relationship-management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and confident solving problems independently
- Motivated by career progression and leadership
- Keen to contribute ideas rather than simply inherit existing processes
