We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Carrum Downs, with a focus on building strong customer relationships, growing sales and developing long-term opportunities with builders, architects and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare accurate quotes for window and door solutions using VQuote
- Follow up quotes and manage sales through to production
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects and clients
- Maintain accurate customer and project information in VQuote and ESP
- Liaise with our internal team to ensure project requirements and changes are clearly communicated
- Support the Director with meetings, site visits and appointments, including driving when required
About you
- Previous sales experience; knowledge of windows and doors or building industry experience will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of window replacement work, including site measuring, replacement requirements and preparing jobs for production
- Solid communication skills and a professional manner
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
- Confident using computer systems; VQuote and ESP experience is an advantage
- Experience with aluminium windows and doors or AWS systems will be highly regarded.
What we offer
- $70,000 - $80,000 p/a + commission
- Full time, long term position
