Established Broking House isseeking an Account Executive to manage a portfolioof existing personal lines clients. This is an internal role requiring all aspects of client service including process documentation, quotations, renewals etc.

n

As the successful candidate you will have:

n

n
- 2+ years of insurance broking experience.
n
- Exposure to classessuch asHome and Motor insurance
n
- Prior experience undertaking all aspects of insurance brokingincluding responding to client requests,all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio and claims management.
n




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
n
- Willingness to take direction from senior staff
n
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
n
- Competent in IT and office procedures.
n
- Winbeat and Sunrise experience
n

n

Duties in this role will include:

n

n
- Maintenanceof aportfolio of personal lines risks.
n
- Processing quotations, endorsements, renewals and cancellations.
n
- Proactively act upon recent business leads provided by the brokerage
n
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and/or up-sell of product to clients
n
- Working collaboratively with team members.
n
