Join the growing team at St. James Aesthetics Geelong as an experienced Dermal Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely loves skin, enjoys building long-term client relationships and wants to grow within a modern, results-driven aesthetics clinic. You'll combine clinical knowledge, exceptional client care and strong consultation skills to create treatment plans that deliver real, visible results.

Key responsibilities

- Perform advanced skin and body treatments including laser, HIFU, skin needling, peels, LED and body contouring
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and create personalised treatment plans
- Educate clients on their skin, treatment options, homecare and long-term results
- Build genuine client relationships that encourage strong retention and rebooking
- Confidently recommend treatments, packages and skincare where appropriate
- Maintain detailed treatment records and the highest standards of hygiene and safety
- Work closely with the Geelong team to achieve clinic goals
- Participate in ongoing education, training and professional development

About you

- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Dermal or Beauty Therapist
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Dermal Science qualification or higher
- Confident performing advanced skin consultations




- Solid understanding of skin health and treatment planning
- Comfortable with rebooking, product recommendations and treatment packages
- Qualified, warm and naturally confident with clients
- Reliable, organised and highly presented
