Are you the person colleagues turn to when systems are not working as expected?

We're partnering with a well-known Australian organisation that is looking for a Workfront Support Analyst to become the go-to expert for Adobe Workfront across the business. This is a hands-on role supporting users, improving processes, resolving platform issues and helping drive adoption as Workfront becomes a critical business platform.
You'll sit at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with end users, project teams and technical specialists to ensure the platform delivers a seamless experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with application support, systems administration, service desk, business systems or operations experience who enjoys solving problems and building strong stakeholder relationships.
What you will be doing: -

- Become the primary contact for Workfront users across the business
- Manage and prioritise incoming support requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Investigate and troubleshoot user, process and platform-related issues
- Partner with technical teams and system administrators to coordinate fixes, enhancements and system changes
- Support testing and validation activities before new functionality is released
- Maintain knowledge articles, user guides and support documentation
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements
- Deliver practical support, coaching and guidance to users
- Monitor platform performance and report on trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the long-term success and adoption of the Workfront platform

The experience you will have:





You’ll bring a mix of technical curiosity, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in:

- Application support, systems support, service desk, operations or business systems environments
- Managing support queues, incidents or service requests
- Investigating and resolving system, process or user issues
- Working with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Training, supporting or guiding end users
- Continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Producing reports and identifying trends from support data

Nice to Have

- Exposure to Adobe Workfront
- Experience with platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps or similar workflow tools
- Experience supporting project management, marketing operations or work management platforms
