NRGAUS is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Metal Roofing Estimator to join our team!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the roofing or construction industry who is looking to take the next step in their career.

- An experienced commercial metal roofer looking to transition into estimating and sales

About the role

Working across commercial and industrial projects, you'll play an important role in developing current business opportunities, preparing accurate estimates and building robust relationships with clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

- Managing sales activities and following up on incoming leads
- Preparing detailed job costings, material take-offs and tender submissions
- Reviewing plans, drawings and project specifications
- Liaising with suppliers to build strong relationships and improve buying power
- Building and maintaining relationships with builders,



contract administrators and other stakeholders
- Estimating commercial and industrial roofing projects
- Supporting the business in identifying and securing new project opportunities

About you

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Experience with Drafting, CAD, Bluebeam and/or Revit
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of the commercial metal roofing industry
- The ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively to a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
