Senior Support Analyst - Trading Applications

We're seeking an experienced Senior Support Analyst to join a high-performing trading technology team supporting critical electronic trading platforms across global financial markets.

n

This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys solving complex technical issues, and has a strong understanding of trading workflows and market technology.

n

You'll work closely with traders, brokers, exchanges, vendors, and technology teams to ensure seamless trading operations and exceptional platform performance.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Provide application support for front-office trading platforms and order management systems.
n
- Support trading activity across Equities, Derivatives, and related asset classes.
n
- Investigate and resolve production issues in a time-critical environment.
n
- Manage exchange and broker connectivity and coordinate with internal infrastructure teams.
n
- Partner with global technology teams to maintain platform stability and service availability.
n
- Contribute to system enhancements, releases, and operational improvements.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Extensive experience supporting trading applications within a financial markets environment.
n
- Strong knowledge of OMS/EMS platforms, electronic trading, and order lifecycle management.
n
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Linux/Unix,



monitoring tools, and messaging technologies.
n
- Solid understanding of Cash Equities trading, with exposure to futures, options, or swaps viewed favourably.
n
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage directly with traders and senior stakeholders.
n
- A proactive, self-driven approach and the ability to perform in a high-pressure trading floor environment.
