You'll be the first face and voice our clients meet — so we're after someone polished, warm and switched-on, who takes pride in presenting beautifully and making every client feel instantly at ease. We're looking for a long-term team member who fits our culture as much as our roster.

Key responsibilities

- Being the warm, professional first impression every client remembers
- Managing calls, enquiries and treatment discussions
- Handling bookings, cancellations, rebooking, checkouts and invoicing
- Building genuine client relationships and following up with care
- Assisting clinical staff to recommend skincare and treatments, supporting retail sales
- Maintaining retail displays and stock
- Completing reports and general admin
- Assisting with social media as needed
- Keeping the clinic neat, tidy and client-ready
- Supporting the team to keep things running smoothly

About you

- At least 3 years' experience in reception, front-of-house, retail,



customer service or admin — clinic/medical/cosmetic experience highly regarded
- Genuine interest in skincare and aesthetic treatments
- Booking software experience an advantage, but not essential
- Warm, confident, reliable and always polished and professionally presented
- Solid organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable chatting to clients about skincare products and treatments
- Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple tasks with a smile
- Proactive — takes initiative without being asked
- A great team player who can also fly solo when needed
- Open-minded and keen to grow within the skin industry
