Job Description

Responsible for carrying out general garden maintenance on customer properties to a very high standard and care, along with assisting the Aloe There Gardening team in the delivery of garden tidy up projects.

Key responsibilities

n

- Perform tasks (eg. pruning, planting, pest and disease control and turf management) using correct horticultural practices
n
- Mowing, edging and maintenance of customer lawns
n
- Weed gardens and paths as required
n
- Water and feed lawns and gardens as requested
n
- Sweeping/blowing of paths and hard surfaces
n
- Assist in landscape and garden tidy up projects as requiredAssist with removal of green and hard waste as required
n
- Hedging and trimming of shrubs and trees
n
- Ensure gardening equipment is operated safely,



carefully and is maintained
n
- Report all safety hazards and incidents to management
n

About you

n

n
- General maintenance experience awareness
n
- Experience working as part of a team and prepared to complete general maintenance tasks as necessary
n
- Competent in operating general maintenance equipment and chemical handling
n
- Excellent communication skills, reliable and have an eye for detail
n
- Time management and organisational skills - knowing how to prioritise
n
- Able to work efficiently unsupervised and when under pressure
n
