Affective Building Services is a leading shopfitting company with a strong customer base and an exciting range of upcoming projects.
Our factory is based in Seven Hills, NSW , with projects across NSW and occasionally interstate. We specialise in shopfitting and joinery for high-end department stores, retail stores and selected residential projects .
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, trade-qualified Shopfitter / Cabinet Maker / Carpenter who takes pride in their work and has a strong eye for detail and quality.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start , with ongoing work guaranteed for the right person.
You will be working on a variety of interesting projects and must be comfortable working away from home, including occasional night and weekend work when required.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience installing cabinetry and joinery in various environments
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current White Card
- Own tools and PPE
- Able to work independently and unassisted
- Experience supervising and working alongside apprentices
- Ability to read and interpret plans and work to specifications
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Positive "can do" attitude
- Reliable, hardworking and a team player
- Easy to get along with and able to work well with others
- Willing and able to work away from home, including occasional nights and weekends
