Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager for our Altona, Sunbury & Maribyrnong stores in Victoria. You will lead a 20+ person team, drive daily operations, and manage high-volume stock while delivering the Best Experience to our customers.

Reporting to the Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager, you will coach team members, optimise rostering, collaborations with Merchandising and Health & Safety, and ensure robust service and competitive pricing across your department.
