Company Description

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Maroochydore GWM & Renault team at Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast.

With GWM continuing to be one of Australia’s fastest-growing automotive brands, this is an exciting time to join our dealership.

Automotive experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential. We are much more interested in finding someone who is great with people,



confident in sales, motivated by results and genuinely wants to build a successful career.

You’ll be joining an established team with training, support and opportunities to progress within our wider dealership group.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, you'll manage the customer journey from the initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. This includes:

- Building relationships with showroom, telephone and online customers
- Understanding customers' needs and helping them find the right vehicle
- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
- Preparing and presenting quotations
- Following up enquiries and developing your sales pipeline
- Working alongside our finance, aftermarket, service and administration teams
- Maintaining accurate CRM and dealership records
- Achieving individual and dealership sales targets
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to handover

What We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need to come from the automotive industry. We're looking for someone with the attitude and ability to succeed in sales.

You may currently be working in retail, telecommunications, real estate, hospitality, customer service or another sales-focused environment and looking for the opportunity to take your earning potential and career to the next level.

You’ll ideally bring strong communication and relationship-building skills, confidence speaking with customers, a motivated and competitive mindset, good organisation and follow-up habits, and a professional approach.

Previous sales experience is highly regarded, but the right person with the right attitude can be trained.

A current Australian driver's licence is required.
