About the Role We’re looking for a commercially minded Partnerships Operations & Strategy Associate to join our growing Strategic Partnerships team. This is an exciting prospect for someone who enjoys turning data into insights, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to business growth. Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic partnerships through market research, business analysis, performance reporting, financial modelling, and partner engagement. You’ll work across a variety of high‑impact projects, helping to identify new opportunities, optimise existing partnerships, and deliver insights that drive commercial decision‑making. This role is ideal for someone with experience or a strong interest in commercial strategy, business development, marketing, finance, business analysis, or partnerships. Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution and ongoing management of strategic partnerships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Analyse commercial, sales and market data to generate insights, prepare reports, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects and work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Medical and Regulatory.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership and business growth opportunities.
- Prepare business cases, presentations, performance reports and stakeholder materials to support internal and external partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic partners, providing exceptional operational and analytical support.
- Assist with the implementation of new products, partnership initiatives and commercial strategies, while monitoring performance against key objectives.

Key Skills and Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years' experience in a commercial role such as business analysis, partnerships, marketing, business development, finance, commercial operations, or market research.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide commercially focused insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and business recommendations.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commercially curious with an interest in strategic partnerships, business development, market analysis, and growth opportunities.




- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer health or medical device industry is advantageous, but not essential.
- Exposure to financial modelling, forecasting, business case development, project coordination, or market research is highly regarded.
