Job Description

Coles Group seeks a Health & Wellbeing Advisor for Laverton CDC to partner with site leadership and drive injury prevention, recovery and wellbeing across the operation.

You will analyse injury and health data, manage workers' compensation and return-to-work, and lead local initiatives with health providers to deliver practical, measurable improvements for our teams.

This is a broad, hands-on role with hybrid working options and opportunities for career development.
