- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of food, wine, coffee and craft spirits

- Maintain seamless communication across all teams.

- Uphold high standards of section cleanliness, presentation, and details.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience in a premium, high-volume restaurant or boutique hotel.
n
- A natural communicator with a warm personality and a sharp eye for detail.

- A team-first mindset rooted in "enlightened hospitality"—caring for your team as much as our guests.

- A valid Victorian RSA certificate.

- Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and holidays.
