This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join an established,



qualified and dedicated provider in servicing a range of clients in the Wide Bay region. As you provide OT-specific services, you will be working alongside a warm, experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor who is local to the area.

The role:

- Complete a range of OT-specific assessments such as Assessments of Daily living
- Provide OT-specific services including DVA household services and Home Modification recommendations
- Work across a range schemes providing Case management, Assessment, Planning and Review services
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA Registration
- A driver's license and car
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desired and essential for contracting
- If contracting, you will need your ABN, Professional Indemnity insurance, laptop and phone
- A warm and professional manner with excellent communication skills
- Excellent salary and contracting rate with Super and non-billable time
