About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Barista who cares deeply about outstanding coffee and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll bring:
- A keen eye for detail
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to support the Head Barista and step in when needed
This role offers a genuine work–life balance within a supportive and creative environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 12 months in a specialty coffee venue — from programming machines and following recipes to pour over and cold brew.
- Mindset: A team player who’s reliable, hardworking, and loves engaging with customers.
- Availability: Saturdays and Sundays are essential.
- Passion: A desire to talk coffee, share our story, and keep developing your craft.
