A well-established, family-run business supplying specialist equipment and safety products to industrial customers across Australia and New Zealand. Our client looks after their employees and aims for a cooperative and supportive work environment.

The Role

This Senior Bookkeeper position will take ownership of key transactional finance processes. Duties include but not limited to:

- Accounts Receivable: cash receipting and allocation, collections and follow-up of outstanding accounts
- Month-end AR tasks including reconciliations and issuing statements




- Accounts Payable processing including PO invoices and matching (including stock received)
- End to end Payroll processing for roughly 20 staff
- Managing a high-volume shared inbox workflow (100+ emails/week)
- Weekly maintenance activities such as updating currency rates
- Month-end reporting

Your Background

The ideal background for this position would include the following key experiences;

- Experience in a Bookkeeper or Company Accountant role previously
- Experience working in an SME
- Pronto experience will be highly regarded
- Solid attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
